Every panel we build is 96 in. long and 66.5 to 73.5 in. tall depending on the style. Panels stack flat at about 3.5 in. each (about 5 in. for the Good Neighbour shadowbox), and we band 15 to a stack on a 48 × 96 pallet. Here is how they ride in what people usually bring.

Ten cedar panels stack about 35 in. high and are routine in a half-ton pickup. Pressure-treated panels are noticeably heavier, so plan on fewer or bring a trailer. The sticker in the driver’s door jamb gives your truck’s payload.
Two ratchet straps minimum, one at each end, over the stack and through the frame, with a flag on anything past the tailgate. We load with you, about 15 minutes; you secure the load before you pull out.
