We don’t sell direct-to-consumer; returns go through whichever channel the panel travelled. Here’s every path, with its window and what to send.

Retail returns via your dealer

Buy from a lumberyard? Return to that lumberyard. Every dealer accepts unopened pallets within 30 days of purchase; most will work with you past that. We settle the credit with the yard, not you.

Misship / damaged-on-arrival

If a pallet arrives with broken banding, damaged panels, or an SKU that doesn’t match the BOL, photograph it before unloading and email [email protected] within 48 hours. We cover return freight and replacement.

Polaris Pro yard buy-back

Approved Polaris Pro yards can return slow-moving stock at 70% of invoice for up to 90 days from delivery. We use the returned panels to seed new yard openings.
