How we handle your details.

When you fill in a form on this site — contact or Polaris Pro application — we collect the fields you type and nothing else. No hidden form fields, no fingerprinting.

When you visit any page, our server log records the URL, timestamp, browser user-agent, and approximate city derived from your IP address.

We use only the minimum cookies needed to run the site — no advertising pixels, no cross-site trackers, no personal-data analytics.

Messages you send us are read by the NorthStar team member whose desk the form is addressed to — sales, press, careers.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with marketing partners. We share it only with regulators when required by law.

Contact-form submissions are kept only as long as needed to resolve the enquiry, unless the contact becomes a dealer or commercial customer — in which case the related records are retained for the life of the business relationship.

You can email [email protected] at any time to request a copy of the data we hold about you, or to delete it. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.
