A pressure-treated fence panel is a finished 6 ft × 8 ft section of brown pressure-treated boards and framing, built flat and ready to hang between posts set 96 in. on centre. We build two at 240 Ellwood Drive West in Bolton: the Pressure-Treated Privacy at $144.99, a solid face of vertical boards with no gaps and no sight lines, a true 73.5 in. tall, and the Pressure-Treated Lattice Top at $149.99, a shadowbox finished on both sides under a diagonal lattice crown, a true 72 in.. Both are stocked, so you order online and pick up free the next business day, or take delivery within about 100 km for $200 for up to 40 panels plus HST.
The preservative is forced into the wood under pressure and the brown colour goes in with it, so the fence goes up finished with no staining weekend attached. Our stock is kiln-dried after treatment, which is what keeps a treated panel from twisting as it dries down in your yard. Fasten with hot-dipped galvanised or stainless hardware, coat any cut end, and give the wood four to six weeks before a stain if you want one. The panels hang on the same 10 ft 4×4 posts as our cedar, so a treated back line and a cedar street side share one layout and one set of holes.

Two faces, said honestly
The Privacy panel is a solid wall: vertical boards, no gaps, no sight lines, a true 73.5″ tall. The Lattice Top is a shadowbox: semi-privacy, finished on both sides, with air through the staggered gaps and a diagonal crown. They solve different jobs, and we say which is which.
Brown built in, spec published
The colour is in the treatment, not brushed on, so the run goes up uniform with no staining step, and if you stain later, wait four to six weeks for the wood to dry down. Every spec we build to is printed on the product page; compare that against a big-box panel listing and count what they don’t publish.
Heights, gates & install
6 ft × 8 ft panels hang between posts at 96″ on centre, the same layout as every NorthStar line, so styles mix on one run. Matching gates and custom heights and sizes on request.
