Prices are in Canadian dollars; HST is added at checkout. Card payments are processed by Helcim, our payment processor — your card details never touch our servers.

An order is confirmed when we email your confirmation. Stock counts are kept live, but if a count is ever wrong and we can't fulfil your order, we'll tell you promptly and refund you in full.

Pickup orders are collected at 240 Ellwood Drive West, Bolton — we confirm your pickup time first. Delivery orders are delivered within our published area for the fee shown at checkout; we confirm the date by email or text.

Returns are handled per the returns page. Estimates from the fence calculator are estimates at today's published prices, not binding quotes.

Specifications, availability, and pickup timing are confirmed at the point of sale. We're a young company and the catalogue is evolving; changes are published here as they happen.

Commercial terms between NorthStar and Polaris Pro dealers are set out in the dealer agreement signed when a yard is onboarded. Those terms supersede anything implied on this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
