01Website use
You're welcome to read, link to, and quote from this website. Please don't scrape it at volumes that degrade the experience for our dealers — if you need machine-readable data, use our PIM feeds at /pim-feeds.
Product photography, illustrations, and brand assets on this site are © NorthStar Building Products Ltée. Editorial use with credit is fine; commercial reuse requires written permission from
[email protected].
02Products and pricing
Retail prices published on this site are suggested; the final price is set by whichever dealer sells you the product. Polaris Pro dealer pricing is governed by the dealer agreement.
Product specifications can change between mill runs as we improve manufacturing. We'll publish material changes to spec sheets (/spec-sheets) and flag them in the dealer portal before they ship.
03Orders and payment (dealers)
Polaris Pro dealers operate on net-30 from delivery. Late payment triggers a 1.5% monthly surcharge after the due date.
Orders are confirmed by written acknowledgment from your regional rep. No order is considered placed by email alone — look for the ACK-# confirmation.
04Shipping, title, risk
Title transfers at the dealer's yard when the BOL is signed. Risk follows title. If the carrier damages freight in transit, the dealer files the claim with the carrier and we replace the stock at cost.
Drop-ship to jobsite is available only for Polaris Pro accounts with a full-hour unload commitment.
05Warranty
Our 15-year limited panel warranty is summarised at /warranty. Full warranty terms are filed with the Office de la protection du consommateur du Québec.
06Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Québec and Canadian law, our aggregate liability to any one customer for any one event is capped at the invoice value of the affected product. We do not cover consequential losses (lost rent, delayed construction schedules, etc.) beyond what the warranty explicitly provides.
07Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of the judicial district of Longueuil have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms.
