BarretteWood built a $300M panel business out of a mill in Lac-Drolet by shipping flat and selling through yards. We are copying that playbook deliberately: one category first, deep relationships with dealers, ship flat, ship often.
Once the wood fence line is the deepest in Canada, we move to the next category the way Barrette Outdoor Living did — decking, pergolas, accents — ideally bought by the same pros who already know our cedar. The ambition is a full outdoor-living manufacturer. The plan is to earn each rung of that ladder.
